Q: Can I share one unit of BeWell Device with other family members?

A: Of course you can! The whole family can use one BeWell Device at different times.

Q: Can everyone use BeWell Device ?

A: Everyone can use it, except for those with pacemaker or have difficulty in blood coagulation.

Q: How many times should we use BeWell Device per day?

A: Twice is enough for promoting health; once in the morning and once in the evening. For certain kinds of diseases, it can be more than two times. Please consult our health professionals at BeWell Centre.

Q: Do we need to use BeWell Device for long term?

A: Persistent use can promote health, so the body can stay at its best condition all the time.

Q: Is there any side effect with 650 nm low lever laser: BeWell Device?

A: No. The energy released by this low level laser can be well absorbed by the body. The radiation power of the device can only penetrate the skin, tissues, blood vessels and never causing any harm to human cells.

Q: Why do we use the device for 30 minutes each time?

A: Because each cycle of the blood circulation in the body is approximately  7-8 minutes. For 30 minutes, the blood can complete 4 cycles, and this is enough to maintain the low level laser to be effective in the body for up to 8-12 hours.

Q: Why are there 2 types of BeWell Devices, hand-held and intranasal device?

A: BeWell Device is to improve the blood and vessels. The intranasal device mainly targets the blood and vessels in the brain. It is most suitable for those with stroke and memory loss. Hand-held device focuses more on the blood and vessels in the heart. Thus, it is most suitable for those with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Actually, you can choose according to your needs. For merely promoting general health, the handheld device is more convenient.

Q: Is there any adverse or side effects if using BeWell Device while taking drugs?

A: No. BeWell Device has no side effects, and does not have conflict with any drugs.

Q: When is the best time to use BeWell Device?

A: You can use it anytime. But for maintaing cardio-cerebro vascular health, it is better to use it after dinner or 2 hours before sleep. Please consult BeWell advisor for further information.

Q: Is there any after sale services provided for BeWell Device?

A: We provide a comprehensive many warranty for three years. Moreover, we also provide free blood test every three months in  order to know the health progress of our customers.

Q: Is BeWell Device operated by batteries?

A: BeWell Device has a chargeable battery inside. And it takes 1.5 hours for each charge. The fully charged BeWell Device can be used at least 5 times.

Q: Is there any age limitation for using BeWell Device?

A: No, there is no age limitation for using BeWell Device. It is suitable for all ages.

Q: Can pregnant women use BeWell Device?

A:  Pregnant women are not recommended to use BeWell Device during the initial stage. Please consult BeWell advisor for further information.
